The Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Sonography with a Concentration in Healthcare Administration is designed to broaden the leadership skills of Sonographers who have a healthcare administration background. The program builds on clinical and administrative skills learned in health-care-related programs offered at ATI College. For students coming from outside diagnostic medical sonography and the healthcare administration field, the program provides an introduction to the dynamic industry and a chance to build connections with fellow students in the local healthcare community.

Most graduates with a Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Sonography with a Concentration in Healthcare Administration hold job titles such as diagnostic medical sonographers, medical and health services administrators, healthcare managers, or healthcare administrators, who will plan direct, and coordinate medical and health services.

In addition to holding a job title such as the medical and health services administrator, graduates will perform his/her duties as general sonographers for the radiology department within the hospital oras  clinical managers.

PREREQUISITE

Individuals with a high school diploma, GED, or college degree can apply. Each applicant must take an entrance exam (consisting of math and English) to enter their program of study at the college.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Day Classes: 8:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Evening Classes: 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm Monday through Thursday.
